We came into existence in year 1992 A D to meet the requirement of quality construction in the Industrial and Residential sector in and around Vapi, Daman, Silvassa and surrounding area of Valsad District. In a almost two decade we have built up a strong foundations for Commercial, Residential Building, Machine Foundation, Road Work, Steel Structural Work and all type of Civil Work. We are known for our time frame commitment, quality construction and costumers responsiveness. We have also taking challenging assignments, which is an essential element of successful construction. Our well established Head Office at Chanod, Vapi near to various Industrial Estates. We have established ourselves as a capable and resourceful civil contractor having vast experience of constructing various types of industrial, Commercial, Residential Building, Institutes and Infrastructure Work.

HISTORY

In 1992 Mr. Mahendrashanker Yadav laid the foundation of M/s M & A Construction Co. [Mahendra & Associate Construction Co.] to cater to the needs of quality construction in the field of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Buildings / Bungalows in Vapi and surrounding area of Valsad District (Gujarat State), UT of Daman & Diu, Silvassa UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Since last two decades the company has undertaken Civil Construction Work of reputed multinational & domestic companies such as M/s HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD., M/s INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD., M/s SANMAR SPECIALITY CHEMICAL LTD., M/s RACHANA PLASTILIZERS, M/s ULTRA NON WOVEN at Silvassa [UT of D&NH;], M/s HINDUSTAN MINERAL PRODUCT PVT. LTD. at Alwar [Rajasthan], keeping work load to meet the requirement of our valued customers repeated order out of Gujarat that is from Alwar [Rajasthan], Indore [Madhya Pradesh] in view Mr. Mahendrashanker Yadav laid the foundation of M/s, M&A; BUILDCON PVT. LTD. as his associate Co. under the leadership of Mr. Rajbahadur Yadav.

M & A BUILDCON PVT. LTD. come in existence in the year' 2008 with a vision to achieve leadership in the field of civil construction, providing our best services to the satisfaction of all our clients. The company initiated its operations in Union territories of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman and Gujarat. Besides this our organization has also undertaken Industrial Building / Residential Building work out of Gujarat that is SEZ Pithampur, Indore (M P), Alwar (Rajasthan) and Varanasi (U P) and their projects have since been completed / delivered to the clients well before scheduled time given for completion.

We always work in close co-ordination with our Clients, Consultants & Architects and offer cost & time saving solutions in both pre and post construction stages.
